General Manager / Head Barista

NudieBrews is a brand new Coffee Shop opened in September 2025 in Clonsilla, Dublin 15.

Located just minutes walk from Clonsilla Train Station and with no other specialty coffee available in the immediate vicinity, NudieBrews has become a real community hub.

Focusing on high quality and service, the baristas of our Coffee Shop serve specialty coffee supplied from SILVERSKIN Coffee Roasters and work on La Marzocco Linea Classic machinery. We offer range of artisan baking goods, Acai Bowls, Homemade Sandwiches & more.

After a very successful 6 months we are extremely excited to be expanding our team. We are on the search for a Head Barista and Store Manager to run the daily operations of the Coffee Shop.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Customer Service:

Providing excellent customer service and building positive customer relationships.

Suggesting and recommending coffee and other beverages based on customer preferences.

Daily Operations:

Managing inventory and ordering supplies.

Controlling costs and maximising revenue.

Coordinating the smooth flow of service and ensuring efficiency.

Team Management and Training:

Supervising and training other baristas on coffee preparation, customer service, and store procedures.

Motivating and supporting team members to achieve high performance.

Delegating tasks and providing guidance.

Skills and Qualities:

Proven Barista Experience: Extensive experience in coffee preparation and customer service will be an advantage.

Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, motivate, and train a team.

Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot issues and find solutions.

Strong Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Passion for Coffee: Genuine interest in coffee and a desire to provide exceptional coffee experiences.

Quality:

Ensuring consistent quality and meeting company standards for all coffee and food offerings.

Developing and implementing quality control measures.

Other:

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment.

Ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).

Troubleshooting equipment issues and performing basic maintenance.
